The menu may vary depending on fresh produce available, and the use of the daily fish catch.

Cusiritati's attention to the menu and to the environment involves many factors, considered essential: being plastic-free, inviting customers to be aware and respectful in their use of running water (the island suffers from a shortage) and also with the use of natural detergents. Care for our guests with particular dietary requirements or allergies is the focus of our attention.

In the kitchen, Marilena will prepare some delicious alternatives for you. Vegetarian recipes, gluten and dairy-free... we are ready to meeting any personal requirement to ensure everyone enjoys real culinary pleasure, and unlimited wellbeing.
