The accompaniments for dishes on the dinner menu are more adventurous, and not limited to island products only. Federica plays a decisive role here, the ‘talking cricket’ in the kitchen, who encourages everyone to go a little further!
One treat for the dinner guests to enjoy is the basket of bread: made with three different ancient grains, baked to Grandmama Amelia’s old recipes, unchanged over the years.
