Dinner at the Cusiritati Restaurant starts at 7.30pm and ends at 11pm when the kitchen closes. A choice intended to allow guests to visit local night spots on the island straight after dinner.
Marilena selects and transforms her excellent raw materials, prepared with modern cookery methods. The accompaniments for dishes on the dinner menu are more adventurous, and not limited to island products only. Federica plays a decisive role here, the ‘talking cricket’ in the kitchen, who encourages everyone to go a little further!
