Pasta Alicudi, obviously named after the island, is also fish-based, of course, squid to be precise, a delicacy which visitors must sample if they wish to get into the mood of this little island. Between beaches, sea, excursions and immersions, the days will fly by... Discover the essentials, in every sense! Start with the freshest fish caught before dawn by the fishing boats, before they return to the island's little harbour. The harbour is in fact the first real attraction of Alicudi: here you find the main commercial activity, and it’s easy to see the unspoilt, pure nature of the island, which someone has described as “wild, nude and crude”.
